Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible UI/UX Designer to join our team, someone who enjoys problem-solving and bringing ideas to life through design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered interfaces that drive product success. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new products and features, creating everything from wireframes to high- fidelity designs across multiple teams.

• Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are at the forefront.

• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to visualize product ideas, iterating based on feedback and testing.

• Design pixel-perfect mock-ups with responsive elements that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate execution of design solutions, from ideation to production.

• Plan and run usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to refine and improve design prototypes.

• Use data insights to drive design decisions, working with analytics teams to track and interpret key metrics.

• Mentor and guide other designers, helping foster a culture of design excellence within the team.

• Actively contributes to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency across products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience designing user-centered products for both web and mobile platforms.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and a history of solving complex design problems.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for design and prototyping.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and experience applying them to real-world problems.

• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail, including crafting original UI mockups, prototypes, and solutions.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to take ownership of projects while thinking critically and strategically.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with behavioral analysis and using data-driven decision-making in the design process.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Miro, and similar platforms for managing tasks and collaboration.

• Experience conducting and moderating user research and usability testing sessions.

• Basic knowledge of app development processes and telematics systems is a plus
