What You’ll Do

• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify and remove team impediments through creative problem-solving and strong peer networks
• Promote Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and coach teams on incremental delivery, transparency, and self-organization
• Maintain visibility into sprint progress, delivery targets, and team health
• Guide your team in simplifying processes while focusing on continuous improvement and relentless customer focus
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful sprint outcomes
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SaaS or fast-paced tech environment
• Proficiency with Jira and backlog tracking tools
• SAFe certification or hands-on experience in a SAFe framework
• Strong working knowledge of Agile concepts including burndown metrics, velocity tracking, and user stories
• A passion for driving team performance and coaching others through change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
