We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cross-Border Payments Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our cross-border payment processes. This role requires a deep understanding of international payment systems, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the cross-border payments landscape.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current payment processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with global regulatory changes and ensure that all cross-border payment activities comply with relevant laws and standards.
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate new technologies, such as blockchain and AI, into the payment systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and technology providers, to ensure seamless payment operations.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor payment flows, detect anomalies, and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cross-border payments, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), and familiarity with payment systems and financial technologies.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of international payment regulations, AML standards, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
