Senior Front End Designer and Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Front End Designer and Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, developing core front-end capabilities and features on their Power Apps portal. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a team of developers and UX/UI designers, translating designs into high-quality reusable code modules.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Front End Designer and Developer, your primary focus will be on achieving the best digital experience for customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining core front-end capabilities on Power Apps portal. Your role will involve working closely with developers and UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality reusable code modules. You will also assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting while establishing standards for front-end code quality.

• Develop functional portal application based on usability, performance and scalability.
• Translate UX wireframes, simple flat designs, and written requirements into clean, efficient, HTML5 and CSS3 code.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting.
• Establish and maintain standards and framework for front-end code quality.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, business analysts and other engineers.
  
  

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Senior Front End Designer and Developer role will bring proven full-stack web development skills, including proficiency in Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS and bootstrap 4 or higher. You should have experience in developing responsive websites and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Your ability to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into code will be crucial to your success in this role. Experience developing on power platform would be an added advantage.

• Proven experience in full-stack web development, including Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS and bootstrap 4 or higher.
• Experience in developing responsive websites and familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Demonstrated experience in translating design mock-ups and wireframes into code.
• Desirable: Experience developing on power platform.
