About your team :

Our Change Management Team plays a critical role in guiding our Bank through transitions, ensuring that changes align with the organisation’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements. The Team’s expertise helps to minimize disruption, enhance employee and customer buy-in, and ultimately drive successful change that supports the Bank's growth and competitiveness in the financial industry.

About your role :

As an integral member of the Change Management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects within the bank, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About you :

So if you completed your studies in the field of business, financial markets, information technology or digital product design and have…

• proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
• strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• interest in digital transformation and investment products
• advanced knowledge of English and German
