About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong network in the iGaming industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know the ins and outs of high-risk markets, and love turning leads into long-term partnerships โ€” this role is for you.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • ๐Ÿ” Actively generate leads through your network, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and close deals with operators and partners
  • ๐ŸŒ Represent the company at top global events (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, etc.)
  • ๐Ÿค Build long-term relationships with clients across platforms, operators, and aggregators
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • ๐Ÿงพ Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales progress

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B sales within iGaming
  • A strong existing network of operators, platforms, and aggregators
  • Deep understanding of the online gambling industry and its regulatory landscape
  • Experience attending at least 3โ€“5 major industry events (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, iGB)
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Fluent English (bonus: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Turkish)
  • Proven ability to drive inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn and conferences
  • Willingness to travel frequently to global events
  • Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments is a plus
