Your Tech Position And Your Team

As a Junior Full-Stack Developer Trainee in our team, you will be always involved in various application lifecycle activities. New application features development, issues resolving, deployment activities, environment configuration, participation in Agile meetings. In this role, you will be able to learn much more than the code.

Currently there are 9 people in the development team located in Vilnius, working in Financing & Loans area. Our team is made up of individuals of all ages, bringing a wealth of knowledge, energy, and creativity to everything we do.

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• A background as a senior-year student or recent graduate in IT Engineering or a related field or are transitioning from another field and actively engaging in relevant studies, such as coding bootcamps, online courses, or self-directed learning
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET, Angular (or any JavaScript framework), GitHub, and REST APIs, which are seen as beneficial
• A solution-oriented approach, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to teamwork
• A strong desire to learn new technologies, along with a humble attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your personal development
• The ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and apply analytical thinking when working with complex information
