IT & Cyber Security Lead

As an IT and Cyber Security Lead, you'll:

Review, update and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO, and TISAX standards
Oversee the security of IT systems, networks, and data, employing advanced SIEM tools for real-time monitoring and threat detection
Conduct regular security audits, and risk assessments, and ensure the timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities
Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to all employees
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and cybersecurity-related issues, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary
Lead IT and cyber security team

We expect:

Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable
Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership, with a strong background in one of these standarts: NIST, ISO, TISAX
Expertise in SIEM tools, network security, and system administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and driving change

Salary range:

Gross salary from 4700-7100 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
