Creative Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Creative Project Manager to oversee and optimize our creative processes. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is based in Vilnius.

Remote - Based in Europe (GMT+3)

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Oversee project timelines and workflows
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
• Facilitate team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution across creative teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Implement best practices for creative workflows
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality control of creative deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative operations or project management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in high-velocity agency environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools.

Salary:

• €3300-€5500 per month based on experience (before taxes)

Note: This role requires a self-employment certificate.
