SUSTAINABILITY DATA ANALYST (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Sustainability reporting division of the Ignitis Group shared service center, where you’ll be responsible for data management, reporting and automation. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Managing collection, reporting and analyzing of sustainability data across the whole Group
• Preparing internal and external reports and presentations, assisting in data validation and assurance
• Creating and implementing ESG data governance enhancement initiatives
• Initiating and assisting in sustainability data related automation initiatives, supporting and initiating data management changes based on business needs
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data collection and highest standards for data traceability
  
  
  

Required for this position:

• 2+ years of experience in data management/analysis in sustainability, environmental management or related field
• Degree corresponding to the nature of this position
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess complex data and deliver actionable insights
• Fluently in Lithuanian and English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
