About the role...

Design is the first thing on your mind when you wake up. On a good day, you wake up with a new idea, which you can't wait to tell your colleagues about once you get to the office. You understand that every challenge can be solved creatively with the right skillset. Here at o9, you will have the opportunity to guide projects across a huge range of areas, from web pages to motion storyboards — you’re never afraid to tackle a new challenge with your rigorous process. You’ll leave your personal mark on the company's identity.

What you’ll do for us…

• Maintain the identity and support where needed.
• Conceptualize advertising campaigns and support with the execution.
• Raise the standard of our visual style for the future.
• Translate complex briefs into clear and engaging visuals.
• Support the creation of all brand related assets. From billboards to social media posts; from flyers to web pages.

What you’ll have…

• Experience: Your designs are curious and consistent. A background in communication and branding is ideal, but not mandatory. Whether is graphic, motion or digital design: you are curious to learn and improve all your skills
• Education: Studies in Art or Design (or related field)
• Skills : Love for art and an eye for creativity. Familiarity with Adobe CC is a must.
• Characteristics: Be a good communicator: you will pitch your concepts to the Design Lab but also to the rest of the company. Be a team player: we have a flat organization and titles are less important. We help each other wherever needed. Our aim is to create an amazing Creative Lab: be part of it and never stop finding new ways to improve your visual skills to transmit new messages
• We really value team spirit: Transparency and frequent communication is key. At o9, this is not limited by hierarchy, distance, or function
