You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, product, operations, marketing, and tech teams to ensure that every key decision is grounded in insight. From funnel performance to business model evolution — your analysis will help shape the future of Nina.care.

Your main points of contact will be the 2 founders directly, CFO and head of sales and lead marketeer..

Key Responsibilities

Business Insights & Strategic Reporting

• Own the development and communication of KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports that guide decision-making at every level.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and internal metrics to generate actionable business insights.
• Support leadership and founders with data needed for investor reporting, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.

Conversion Optimization & Growth Analysis

• Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities across the customer journey and user funnel.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to track and improve campaign and feature performance.

Operational & Financial Efficiency

• Evaluate internal processes, cost structures, and unit economics to recommend improvements.
• Partner with operations and support teams to measure and optimize service quality and efficiency.

Data Infrastructure & Experimentation

• Collaborate with developers to create automated reporting dashboards (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio).
• Help design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate new strategies and ideas.
• Ensure data is reliable, accessible, and structured to support self-service and deeper analytics across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field — or equivalent analytical experience.
• 4+ years in a business analysis, product analysis, or data-driven role within a tech or SaaS company.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and tools like Tableau, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio. Tableau experience is a pre.
• Experience with performance modeling, conversion funnels, and business metrics.
• Strong communication skills — you're able to distill complexity into clarity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and outcomes.
