As a Scrum Master at the IT Platform & Security (IT P&S) department, you will coach one or more teams and help them grow in their scrum maturity. You are a natural coach and an active listener as well as a proactive problem solver who can effectively communicate with management and the Product Owner. You consistently seek ways to improve processes and excel at resolving obstacles, enabling team members to remain focused on their work. You collaborate closely with the Product Owner, enjoying the challenge of pushing boundaries, initiating innovation, and facilitating sessions. The Teams

The IT Platforms & Security (IT P&S) department provides and supports technological solutions that align with our organization's business objectives. We focus on four key areas: Modern Workplace, Support, Platforms, and Security. Within each sub-cluster, dedicated teams work on various aspects of IT, including:

• Deliver a reliable IT infrastructure;
• Manage systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability;,
• Ensure data security and privacy;
• Assist users in resolving technical issues;
• Support the digital transformation and innovation of our business processes and operations.
  
  

Our primary responsibility is to deliver a secure and reliable IT network and platform, both on-premises and in the cloud. To achieve this, we operate with 16 teams comprising around 100 colleagues.

These teams use Azure DevOps or Kanban as their work methods and consist of employees with diverse IT skills, such as Windows, databases, Linux, and storage. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of 2 to 3 teams and a member of the Scrum Master Chapter, where we aim to continuously improve our working methods within the IT department.

• This is what you will bring:
• The ideal candidate has at least 1 or 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• You have the PSM1 certificate
• You demonstrate assertiveness, show eagerness to learn and like to think out of the box
• You are passionate about embracing and advocating for agile methodologies, actively fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the Scrum Master community.
• You thrive on collaborating with your fellow Scrum Masters to drive improvement projects for the department, as well the Scrum Masters of the clusters we supporting.
• You have an understanding of Scrum @ Scale, and enjoy brainstorming and implementing improvements in this area.
• You have a keen interest in the financial industry, data analytics, and development, allowing you to bring valuable insights and expertise to your role.

• a monthly salary between €3500 and €5500 based on your knowledge and experience
