Technical Program Manager - CV ML work with Avatars

Technical Program Manager – Computer Vision and Machine learning - 3 days on site. 2 days remote or 5 days on site.

NOTE: 12 month contract extendable to 18 months. Applicants must already be in Switzerland with a valid work permit / residency or eligible to apply under EU status.

On their behalf, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, high-impact software efforts in partnership with world-class researchers and engineers. What You'll Do:

• Driving sensors working on avatars
• Taking data from device tracking, understanding how CV ML data pipelines apply.
• Working with deployment models
• Lead the development of applications and data pipelines for AR/VR research
• Partner with research leads to define direction and translate it into action
• Unblock teams, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving
• Represent program status across technical and leadership teams
• Drive continuous improvement in how we work—always asking "is there a better way?"

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of TPM experience in fast-paced software environments
• Coming from sensor / camera based applications would be useful.
• Deep understanding of ML and computer vision workflows
• Proven ability to manage technical programs from concept to ship
• Exceptional communication skills across disciplines
• Passion for pushing boundaries with AR/VR, research, or experimental tech

Bonus Points:

• Background in privacy or research-grade data workflows
• Experience delivering user-facing AR/VR applications
• Worked with hybrid teams of engineers, researchers, and data scientists
