Frontend Developer

As a Front-End Developer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind. You'll collaborate closely with our design and development teams to translate creative concepts into functional, user-friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development: Build and maintain high-quality websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
• HubSpot CMS: Develop and manage websites within the HubSpot CMS, utilizing Git and the HubSpot CLI for efficient workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into functional web pages, maintaining design integrity.
• Performance Optimization: Focus on accessibility and performance targets, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Team Support: Engage in peer reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with terminal/command line operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with team members.
• Demonstrates a team-first attitude, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Previous experience in front-end development is preferred. Familiarity with HubSpot CMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
