The Role
As a Software Engineer, you'll work within a collaborative, agile team to design and implement solutions that support our shift into a solutions-driven organization. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from experienced engineers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, with the guidance of senior team members, to build high-quality software that meets the needs of our users and the business.
What You'll Do
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code as part of a cross-functional team.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ship features that matter.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of a shared on-call rotation.
- Learn and apply best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go, Java).
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and version control (Git).
- A desire to grow as an engineer and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in agile methodologies and collaborative development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with containerization or microservices.
- Participation in hackathons, coding challenges, or open-source contributions.
Base Salary Range
zł172,000.00 - zł258,000.00
We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
