We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building innovative, user-focused solutions and can bridge business needs with technical development in the maritime domain.

• Oversee the full product lifecycle — from market research to delivery and iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, sales, support) to define and prioritize product features
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform product strategy
• Ensure timely delivery of new features and continuous product enhancements
• Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and internal teams
• Maintain structured documentation and support internal training efforts
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product presentations, participating in client meetings, and translating customer needs or RFPs into functional product insights
• Collaborate with business development to ensure product capabilities align with client expectations
• Join customer meetings to address technical/product-related questions
• Provide strategic input to help shape proposals and solution designs for key prospects

✔️Experience (1-3 years) in product management, ideally in B2B software or SaaS platforms

✔️Familiarity with ERP systems; maritime industry experience is a strong plus

✔️Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and project coordination

✔️Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

✔️Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities

✔️Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

✔️Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

✔️Must be able to work on-site in Kadıköy, Istanbul
