Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains, top line revenues growth, cost savings and integration activities across UI Group. The position will be responsible for project management, stakeholder management and integration activities

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Project Management activities:

• Manage UI Group transformation initiatives across commercial, operations, regulatory, IT, and enabling functions.
• Review project content and monitor project progress (incl. scope, deliverables and associated timelines, benefits and outcomes, productivity metrics and relevant KPIs, budget, business case and TCO analysis, investment requirements, resourcing, roadmap and key milestones)
• Assessing Project Managers running UI Group transformation projects and drive them to completion in time and in full.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive analytics and fact-based analysis of the situation.
• Enforce proper level of challenge and granularity in thinking.

Stakeholder management activities:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project managers, key functional/disciplinary stakeholders, C-Suite executives, and team members.
• Drive reporting at various relevant UI management forums, align outcome with Project Managers, and synthesize findings for Shareholders and the Investment Board
• Keep key stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process
• Ensure coordination and scheduling of meetings

Integration activities:

• Support integration initiatives in the context of past or future acquisitions and mergers.
• Ensure standardization of processes and governance.

Your skills and experience:

• Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Management or related field.
• Experience of at least 5 years in a leading Management Consulting Firm. Having demonstrated strong Project Manager skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated successful experience in managing complex transformational projects required
• Experience of at least 5 years in an operational role with cost center, functional, or P&L responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities
• Strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong attention to details
• Willingness to drive analysis at a very granular level.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong reporting and ppt/xls capabilities
• Strong ability to deep dive into content and synthesis findings
• Fluent English Speaker.
• Command of German highly recommended.
