Senior & Lead Frontend Developer wanted - Stavanger - English speaking

Frontend and Design focused, specialist consulting company consisting of around 75 designers, developers, advisers, problem solvers, project managers. Work on a wide variety of projects with public and private sector clients. They Work across cross functional and interdisciplinary teams aligning development and design to meet strategic business goals.

Lead Developer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical mentor, driving professional growth and ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Guide the companies technical direction and set the standard for innovation.
• Develop client relationships, initiate new projects, and build teams.
• Represent the company at tech conferences, meetups, and industry events through talks and networking.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to build user-centric, scalable, and innovative products.
• Integrate AI into product development, optimize performance, and maximize value for our clients.

Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience (exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered) in software development, with deep expertise in frontend/full-stack technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation – if you are someone who is passionate about this and are looking into AI on personal projects, this will be taken into consideration.
• A natural leader who inspires others and fosters a strong professional culture.
• Passionate about sharing knowledge, internally and externally through talks, workshops, and networking.
• Bonus: Experience with international tech companies or start-ups and a drive to make an impact in a growing company with global ambitions

Senior Developer:

• Looking for candidates who can work with FE 5+ Years
• FE Developers - would consider candidates with JavaScript, React, Angular or Vue, but any FE experience is preferable – particularly if you are eager and willing to learn/work with new things. Engaged and curious about new technology. React is the most common project requirements that they have currently.
• Azure competence beneficial
