About the role:

• Lead with vision. Own and drive the group's enterprise architecture strategy with a sharp focus on AI-first and data-centric solutions.
• Embed intelligence at scale. Partner with data science, analytics, and AI teams to define how machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation integrate across platforms and business domains.
• Future-proof the stack. Champion modern, cloud-native, and modular architecture that accelerates innovation while enabling robust AI deployment and experimentation.
• Transform legacy. Modernise outdated systems and lead a shift toward intelligent platforms and real-time data infrastructure.
• Drive alignment. Work directly with the C-suite and business leaders to translate business ambition into technology roadmaps that prioritise AI-readiness and scalability.
• Establish guardrails. Define and enforce architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) that enable agility while maintaining governance.
• Inspire talent. Lead a high-performing team of architects across key domains, and build a collaborative culture centred on innovation and value delivery.

About you:

• Deep experience in enterprise architecture with a track record of embedding AI and data strategies into core business systems.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architecture principles (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise environments across multiple business models and tech stacks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - confident influencing C-level stakeholders and guiding diverse teams toward a shared vision.
• Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, and how to evolve them for an AI-enabled future.
• Domain knowledge in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, or other consumer-facing sectors is highly valued.
