A leading digital assets platform is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to lead core product initiatives within a fast-paced, highly regulated, crypto-first environment. Candidates must have experience working on a well-known crypto exchange or blockchain project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of crypto platform products from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to build secure and user-friendly products.
• Own product strategy and roadmap aligned with business and user needs.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, user feedback, and market trends.
• Define clear KPIs, track product performance, and iterate quickly based on insights.
• Maintain a deep understanding of crypto trading flows, wallets, DeFi integrations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including significant contributions to a well-known crypto exchange or Web3 project.
• Proven ability to deliver complex digital products in highly technical or regulated domains.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto user experiences, and trading ecosystems.
• Experience working with agile product development teams and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to prioritization and decision-making.
