Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

As a UI/UX Designer you will be driving user-centric design solutions for our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product manager, developers, and content teams to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences. Your work will focus on enhancing user engagement, accessibility, and overall satisfaction across web, mobile. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing interactive experiences that resonate with a young, digital-savvy audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and refine user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless interaction with video and educational content.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand audience behaviors, needs, and preferences.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand identity and user expectations.

Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility throughout the implementation process.

Optimize user journeys and interactions to drive engagement and retention, particularly with Gen Z and Millennial users.

Assist in designing immersive experiences incorporating AR/XR, voice interfaces, and AI-driven personalization features.

Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to support product scalability and consistency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media and content delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in UX design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Understanding of user psychology, interaction design, and accessibility principles.

Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Passion for media, digital storytelling, and designing for audience engagement.

Familiarity with AR/XR, voice interfaces, and AI-driven design is a plus.

Experience:

5- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing projects across web and mobile platforms.

Experience in media, content platforms, or entertainment industries is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
