Project Manager - Design Management

As a Project Manager reporting into the Deputy Head of Design & Engineering, this role is responsible for the successful and timely execution of projects by employing project control methodologies at both the studio and project/program levels, thereby serving as the focal point for excellence of communication.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to plan, manage, coordinate tasks, resources, and provide project management for projects, as well as provide guidance and support to multi-disciplinary Design Management Teams needed for the effective delivery of projects on time and to the required quality standards.
• Provide project management leadership on multiple projects with efficiency, effectiveness and good time management
• Assist multi-disciplinary Design Management Teams with project management tasks, procedures and associated documentation including progress reports and schedules for Resourcing, RFIs, Change Requests, Risk Register.
• Able to collaborate and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including internal multidisciplinary Design Management Teams, company-wide departments, and external consultants, to achieve results and meet or exceed aggressive deadlines.
• Develop and manage project resources, and schedules effectively. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project performance and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct project performance reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Design Management Teams, external consultants to establish clear design objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Maintaining change registers, and coordinating between Design Management Teams, external Consultants, Procurement and Finance departments to facilitate and manage change request, invoicing etc.
• Manage multiple Buildings design projects at a time.
• Lead and manage overall quality, compliance with QA/QC and Studio Manuals, schedule, budget, resources and risk management control throughout the project design life cycle.

Skills:

• Bachelors / Masters in Civil / Architectural Engineering.
• 15+ Years of experience
• Excellent Primavera, MS Office, Power BI skills
