I am currently working with a software consultancy firm that focuses on fintech payment/blockchain projects.

Salary structure Base + AWS + variable bonus. 2 rounds of interview process. Hybrid working, Friday WFH. Office at CBD.

* Clearly articulates and documents business requirements

* Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems

* End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented

* Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritises competing business demands

* Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements

* Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans

skills and requirements

* Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

* Min 3 years of working experience as a project manager in strategy, investment and/or technology domains, with proven records in implementing and deploying solutions into production

* Good to have Fiat and Digital Asset Payment integration

* Preferred to have working experience within the Fintech / Trading / Crypto space. Or ability to show cases strong domain knowledge in building Fintech related projects/systems.

* Experience of running projects with Jira cloud and confluence software
