Job description:
MUST have experience developing the UI for Chatbots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features for chatbot interactions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
- Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate the frontend with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex).
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/Sketch prototypes into interactive components.
- Ensure smooth real-time communication using WebSockets or similar technologies.
- Optimize performance and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Work with QA teams to ensure functionality and quality of the chatbot experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in frontend/UI development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with React.js and related libraries (Redux, Hooks, etc.).
- Experience building chat-based or conversational UIs.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and APIs (e.g., Dialogflow, Bot Framework).
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic understanding of version control (Git) and Agile workflows.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to NLP/AI concepts and chatbot training flows.
- Knowledge of real-time analytics or conversation tracking tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
