Summary

We are seeking a driven DevOps Engineer with 2-3 years of experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about bringing innovative suggestions to the table and is ready to take on new challenges in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Azure Deployment – Manage and optimize deployments on Azure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Jenkins – Utilize Jenkins for Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Dynatrace – Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaboration – Work closely with two main developer groups, facilitating the shift towards DevOps practices so developers can focus on new initiatives.
Code Deployment – Oversee and manage code deployments, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
Proactive – Utilize a proactive approach to bring new ideas and improvements to the team.
Teamwork – Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Flexibility – Adapt to changing technologies and processes.
Efficiency – Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Quality – Ensure high-quality work and system reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in Java, .NET, and Node.js.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Strong analytical skills; ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with team members.
Ability to work well in a team environment and foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and processes.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.

This is a 6-month with potential, Contract-for-Hire onsite opportunity for our Minneapolis, MN client.
