- FLEXCUBE Product Knowledge , J2EE Based Technologies and Oracle database experience

Responsibilities
- Experience in client co-ordination
- Prior experience in Consulting & Product Support in Retail/corporate Banking space
- Experience in FLEXCUBE Support and managing team.
- Experience in tracking Production incidents and provide response as per the Severity.
