We are seeking an Experienced and dynamic HR with a solid background in US IT Recruiting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's talent acquisition strategies, support the growth of the team and ensure effective HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
2. Conduct interview with candidate, evaluating skills, cultural fit and professional experience.
3. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback.
5. Foster a collaborative and high performance work environment within the recruitment team.

Skills required

1. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Team handling experience.
3. US IT Recruiting experience preferred.
