Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a data-driven product roadmap that supports overall business goals and reflects user needs.
  • Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scheduling.
  • Clearly convey the product vision and strategic direction to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance using defined KPIs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Design and execute initiatives aimed at boosting user engagement and long-term retention.
  • Analyze usage data, track product adoption, and develop actionable insights for growth and optimization.
  • Continuously research market trends and stay informed about the competitive landscape to guide product strategy.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment with a track record of scaling products.
  • Strong foundation in software design, engineering, or SaaS product development; hands-on programming experience is required.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
  • Ability to convert strategic business objectives into practical, user-centered product features.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for building innovative, high-impact products.
  • Candidates with an academic background from Tier 1 institutions will be given preference.
