A growing sports tech company focused on building tools that empower individuals and teams are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join them. Their mission is to bring high-performance analytics to all users - bridging the gap between professional insight and everyday access.

They're looking for a UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about creating user-centered solutions that solve real problems. In this role, you’ll work closely with athletes and teams to understand their needs and turn those insights into intuitive, high-impact designs. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver elegant and practical user experiences from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Design wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual specs.
• Validate designs regularly with real users and incorporate feedback.
• Advocate for user needs and usability best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Own and manage end-to-end design projects within the product lifecycle.

You Should Apply If:

• You have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles.
• You’re driven by real-world impact and practical problem-solving.
• You're experienced in Figma or similar design tools.
• You’re comfortable conducting user research and usability testing.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You take a user-first approach, balancing aesthetics with usability and function.
• Bonus: Experience using Webflow or an interest in performance analytics or sports tech.
