Your Code Powers Real-Time Systems

Join a small Swiss team building and maintaining embedded platforms for automotive and industrial applications. Take end-to-end ownership of firmware that runs in live fleets and factory floors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise C/C++ firmware on RTOS or embedded Linux
• Implement and test CAN bus, BLE/cellular telematics, and sensor interfaces
• Integrate security patches, cloud clients, and performance tuning
• Design, extend, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and test automation
• Troubleshoot deployed systems and drive reliability enhancements
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, project leads, and external partners

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ hands-on embedded C/C++ development in real-time environments
• Proven RTOS or embedded Linux expertise with CAN bus interfaces
• Solid CI/CD and automated testing experience (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Independent, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver
• Fluent in German and English; strong communicator across teams
• Bonus: automotive ECU, security, or industrial automation background
