Job Description

As a Technical Training Facilitator, you will act in the role of Technical Project Manager (TPM), facilitating structured onboarding and technical enablement programs for enterprise clients. You will manage training sessions using pre-prepared materials and act as the primary point of coordination during the customer training lifecycle.

You’ll work alongside Solution Architects and Engagement Managers to deliver strategic, high-impact training engagements for clients adopting the Contentful platform.

This will be a 12-month fixed-term contract with opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Contentful onboarding and training programs.
• Deliver presentations and product walk-throughs tailored to developer, editorial, and admin audiences.
• Manage session coordination, logistics and follow-up with support from global teams.
• Track project delivery using tools like Certinia and Salesforce.
• Collaborate on improving session materials and delivery experience.
• Provide insight to internal teams on client engagement outcomes.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and documentation throughout engagements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or platform onboarding roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.
• Experience with the CMS platform Contentful.
• Comfortable working across platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Miro.
• Experience using project tracking and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Asana, Certinia).
• Contentful certification or willingness to obtain it.
