Job Description
We are seeking a dynamicBilingual Project Manager (Spanish and English speaking)to lead transformative initiatives in thecontact center domain. In this role, you will oversee large-scale migration and optimization projects, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English), and experience incontact center operations, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamicBilingual Project Manager (Spanish and English speaking)to lead transformative initiatives in thecontact center domain. In this role, you will oversee large-scale migration and optimization projects, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English), and experience incontact center operations, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution forcontact center migrations, upgrades, and process improvementsacross multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Act as the primarybilingual liaison(Spanish/English) between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, progress reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, status reports, risk logs) for transparency and compliance.
- DriveWaterfall-based project execution(Agile familiarity is a plus) while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate withsolution architects, IT teams, and vendorsto ensure smooth integrations (e.g., CRM, telephony, cloud platforms).
- Monitor project health, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Foster acollaborative and adaptable work environment, managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- 4-5 years of Project Management experienceincontact center environments(migrations, telephony, CRM integrations).
- Proven track record inmanaging multiple projects simultaneouslywith competing deadlines.
- Strong expertise inWaterfall methodology(Agile/Scrum exposure is beneficial).
- Bilingual fluencyinSpanish & English(written and spoken) for stakeholder communication.
- Experience withproject management tools(Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, JIRA).
- Knowledge ofcontact center technologies(IVR, ACD, cloud telephony, CRM platforms).
- Familiarity withAgile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
- Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesin migration or digital transformation projects.
- Previous experience working withLatin American or US-based contact center clients.
