We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for customer-centric innovation and a deep understanding of generative AI. In this role, you’ll translate complex business needs into actionable, AI-driven solutions using Adobe's cutting-edge technologies. You'll partner with clients to reimagine their creative and operational workflows, leading cross-functional efforts to design and implement scalable AI solutions that drive real business value.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the elicitation, definition, and prioritization of business requirements to enable impactful AI-powered solutions in the role of a Senior Business Analyst.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders—technical, business, and leadership—around shared goals and clear requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, often anticipating them before they are fully articulated.
  
  
  

Client Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by leveraging deep expertise in Adobe platforms and AI implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, story refinement sessions, and solution ideation tailored to client-specific use cases.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
  
  
  

Solution Development

• Collaborate with Adobe product teams and technical consultants to ensure the feasibility and scalability of generative AI solutions.
• Design end-to-end delivery processes, from requirement gathering through QA, to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Support clients through the change management process required to successfully adopt AI-driven solutions.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Senior Business Analyst - Experience & Education

• 5+ years in business analysis, consulting, product ownership, or solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
• Proven track record of leading successful enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives across industries.
• Background in product ownership, creative direction, or content production is a plus.
  
  
  

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, diffusion models, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud, including their AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data governance, and system integration best practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in agile environments and tech-driven delivery.
