3. Prepare & execute Transition plan for Maconomy |

4. Should have technical mindset and attitude to self-learn |

5. XML, Java, Coding background is a must with development experience |

6. Working knowledge on stored procedures, API is a must |

7. Prepare understanding document & execute playback sessions. |

8. Perform Hands-on activities of Tickets analysis, User Communications |

9. Identify & apply resolution/ fix/ configuration/ data update etc., get it reviewed and tested |

10. Apply Resolution in various Maconomy Environments with prior approvals |
