About your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Solution Expert to join our team. The AI Solution Expert will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing AI solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of AI technologies into our business processes, and driving innovation through the application of AI. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI applications and improvements.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Test and document AI solutions and processes.
  
  

This is a full-time position located either in Espoo or Turku, and we also support hybrid working model. This position reports to Head of Development Services.

Our expectations

To succeed in this position, you will have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive hands-on attitude
• Experience in managing external partners.
• Experience implementing AI agents
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Certifications in AI or cloud
• Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus

Orion Information Management (IM) employs +80 people, of which approximately two thirds are in Espoo. Other locations are Turku, Kuopio, Hanko, Mumbai, and Nottingham.
