UI Designer

A User Interface (UI) Designer within a User Experience (UX) team focuses on creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces by designing elements like buttons, icons, and typography. They collaborate closely with UX Designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the visual design supports usability and aligns with business goals. UI Designers create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, participate in usability testing to gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability and aesthetics. They also ensure designs are accessible to all users, contributing to a cohesive and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Ensure designs are accessible and meet industry standards and guidelines
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in the telecom or tech industry
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies
