Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, a child care service organisation, is recruiting for an HR Business Partner — a pivotal, standalone role offering the rare opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up. Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the sole HR contact for the business, reporting to senior leadership.
• Design and deliver the recruitment strategy for both operational and strategic hires.
• Lead on all employee relations and industrial relations issues, ensuring best practice and compliance with Irish legislation.
• Develop HR policies, procedures and contracts that reflect the values of a new, inclusive organisation.
• Guide performance, engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning.
• Foster a workplace culture that supports diversity, collaboration, and wellbeing.

Ideal candidate

• 4+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, standalone or senior HR role, operational setting.
• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Strong Employee Relations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
