Job Opportunity: Business Analyst (Cybersecurity Focus)

My Client are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with Cybersecurity experience to join a dynamic team within a leading transport organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Enterprise Architect and Head of Cyber Security, to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for cybersecurity projects.
• Collaborate with IT, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure security measures support organizational goals.
• Document processes, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend security enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in compliance audits (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and risk assessments.
• Support testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and data privacy laws.
• Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS) and Microsoft technology platforms.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.

Location: Full-time role based in Dublin with hybrid working options.
