About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects with a strong emphasis on supply chain management and data integration. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project management, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the capability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Data Project "Genie" (60%)

• Lead the "Genie" data project to improve data processes, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the organization.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT professionals to deploy advanced data solutions.

SensiWatch Real Time Temperature monitoring Project (20%)

• Manage the global distribution strategy of SensiWatch, ensuring seamless integration across multiple markets.
• Oversee logistics and operational strategies to enhance global distribution networks.

OMP Supply Chain Planning Project (20%)

• Oversee the deployment of the OMP Supply Chain Planning system to optimize planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Collaborate with supply chain analysts to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on supply chain projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale and complex IT projects.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work in GMT timezone and manage teams globally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
