Basic purpose of the Job

You’ll lead the solution design, delivery and operations of Omnichannel digital applications on several technology domains such as 3D, Ecom platforms, AI and ML models.

In This Role, You Will

• Design and lead the implementation of new features or entire new digital applications according to the overall digital vision and target architecture.
• Gather Business requirements that are necessary for the development or configuration of application software projects, from the requirement analysis to the delivery and post-delivery support.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged.
• Responsible for the technical analysis and holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain APIs, and technical enablers / stories.
• Analyse, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
• Define technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components, and accept technical features following demos.
• Provide Technical guidance to software engineers to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance to technology guidelines (e.g. tech security).
• Monitor and collects data on system performance.
• Assist and trains.
• Organize the projects activities, define the projects timeline, tasks, and supplier management.

• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Digital Application Solution Architect or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge on ECOM, Marketplaces, Recommendation engine, 3d solutions, Machine Learning, GenAI.
• Extensive exposure to multiple, different technologies and processing environments.
• Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD.
• Solution architecture and design.
• Feasibility analysis.
• Business capability / customer journey architecture governance in agile software delivery.
• Technical enablers, integration APIs and detailed technical and operational story design.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high-level of creativity.
• Excellent relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills that enables the provision of effective support and guidance across multiple DevOps teams.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or others related field;
• Fluent in English;
• Luxury and Fashion background is appreciated.
