Goodman Group (GMG:ASX) is a global real estate group, founded in 1999, with a focus on critical infrastructure. Our organization is a real estate company, acting as long-term investor, developer, fund manager, and property manager. We continuously expand our portfolio, which also includes data centre (DC) projects.
Today, Goodman is looking for a Controls analyst to join the Compliance and Risk teams.
Goodman’s business is growing rapidly. As a result, there is an increased need to monitor and assess the operations of the various teams across Continental Europe and to provide increased visibility on risk exposure, and more reassurance that processes and policies are duly respected.
The Controls Analyst will play a key role in increasing such visibility and reassurance. The role is based in Luxembourg, but will have a wide exposure to all of Goodman’s operations in Continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities For The Controls Analyst Will Include
- Reassurance controls:
- Assist in planning and executing assurance reviews, including control testing and documentation;
- Monitor and follow-up on remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of risks identified during internal audits;
- Assisting the Compliance team with testing processes and policies and providing training thereon.
- Risk analytics & reporting:
- Collecting data on enterprise risks;
- Collecting data and assessing risk register for investment partnerships Support the development and updating of ICT risk management policies, processes and registers;
- Establishment and enhancement for each of these processes.
- Metrics analytics:
- Engage with other teams across the organisation to ensure assessments of operational and compliance metrics are kept up to date;
- Analysing data ensuring reliability and quality of the metrics assessments;
- Prepare reporting and insights on the results of the metrics assessments for the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, audit or risk, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Automation Finance, Risk Management or something similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar tools).
