We offer the best insurance to our customers thanks to our focus on user experience, our leading underwriting services, and our expertise in data. We started our journey in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

Product Team

We’re a passionate group of problem solvers who believe in creating products that truly make a difference. At Insify, our product team is at the heart of innovation, working together to design solutions that simplify and enhance the customer experience. From brainstorming new ideas to launching successful products, we focus on building things that matter, backed by data and user feedback.

Whether it’s optimizing existing features or developing new ones, we collaborate closely with our tech, insurance, marketing, and operations teams to bring our vision to life. Our team includes product managers, designers, data experts, and insurance specialists —all working hand in hand to craft products that delight our users and scale our business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive product innovation: Design the future of business insurance by creating intuitive digital products, combining customer needs, technological innovation, and business objectives.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology: Integrate the latest advancements in AI, automation and digital experiences to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
• Design and direction: Elevate the user experience quality throughout the customer journey by actively designing, iterating, and refining our platform to consistently exceed user expectations.
• Collaborate and inspire: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the company, sharing your vision and influencing strategic decisions.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a senior product designer or similar, ideally in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
• Demonstrable ability to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of UX/UI best practices, user research methodologies, and data-informed design decision-making.
• Deep understanding of leveraging AI and automation technologies to create scalable, forward-thinking digital products.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable proposing ambitious solutions to redefine the insurance landscape.

• You have experience overseeing or aligning product and brand design.
