As a Full Stack Developer within the Central Integration & Access team, you work in a multidisciplinary DevOps scrum team where you are responsible for the development and implementation of innovative web applications and integrations that support Van Lanschot Kempen's Private Banking services. In the team, you collaborate with experienced .NET developers who all strive to deliver added value. You are responsible for everything you build and work cloud-native.


You are eager to apply your talents as a Full Stack Developer at Van Lanschot Kempen. Your tasks include gathering requirements from our stakeholders, analyzing these requirements, and devising appropriate solutions. Additionally, you are responsible for building and maintaining these solutions.


Your talents

As a Full Stack Developer, you are curious, an attentive listener, and collaboration-oriented. Additionally, you possess:

  • Proven experience as a full stack developer in developing cloud-native applications with C# .NET.
  • A solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Angular, and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SQL, combined with EF Core.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically CosmosDB.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with cloud computing on Azure, with an emphasis on App Services, WebJobs, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights, Key Vaults, Azure SQL Server, and CosmosDB.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps pipelines for deploying applications to the Azure Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the Agile Scrum methodology.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

The Central Integration & Access team consists of full stack developers, a scrum master, and a product owner. The team is the software development team within CBA! It is responsible for managing and developing interfaces between our internal core systems and/or external sources. One of the key focuses is the development and management of the online authentication and authorization platform, which ensures our clients have secure access to our digital channels. Additionally, the team continuously contributes to the development of new initiatives that originate from our business and/or regulatory requirements.

  • A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €5,300, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • An additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (including a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 extra statutory leave days). You can use this to purchase a bicycle, pay for a monthly gym membership, or save for a sabbatical! It is also possible to have the entire budget paid out at any time of the year.
  • Flexible working hours; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions and work from home in mutual agreement.
  • 27 leave days, of which 7 are part of the flexible budget. A competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on age and salary, and in most cases, you can expect a contribution of about 20%, with a 4% employee contribution.
  • Remote working from abroad policy – Max 2 months per calendar year.
