DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Engineer to join the CrowdStrike team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, design tailored solutions, and ensure our clients' technical requirements are met.

This role requires a deep understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the technical sales process, offering expert guidance to customers, and driving the adoption of CrowdStrike’s leading cybersecurity solutions.

As the Presales Engineer you will:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations focused on CrowdStrike's cybersecurity solutions.
• Design and propose tailored solutions to meet clients' technical and business requirements.
• Provide technical documentation, including solution designs, proposals, and statements of work.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) tests to help clients evaluate the effectiveness of CrowdStrike solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and trends in the cybersecurity industry, collaborating with product managers and technical teams.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for customers and partners, covering CrowdStrike’s products and topics like threat detection and incident response.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Presales Engineer has:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure and security solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating technical documentation and proposals that highlight the value of CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, especially in high-stakes security scenarios.
