Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at AI71, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of AI-driven products designed to solve key challenges in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including AI researchers, engineers, and healthcare partners—to bring cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to market. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, a passion for AI in healthcare, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure that our products align with the needs of healthcare providers, patients, and medical researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, and healthcare experts, to identify new product opportunities and drive AI innovations that address critical healthcare challenges.
• Develop clear product requirements and roadmaps to ensure the successful scaling and deployment of AI solutions within the healthcare sector.
• Advocate for the use of AI technologies to improve patient care, streamline healthcare operations, and enhance clinical decision-making.
• Build and foster strong relationships with healthcare executives, clinical teams, and technology partners to understand their needs and ensure our products meet their goals.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and development to scaling and delivery—in close collaboration with healthcare partners and internal teams.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, research institutions, and technology companies to accelerate the adoption of AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Ensure that products meet regulatory standards and comply with relevant healthcare laws and privacy concerns.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to guide product development and refine strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare technology, AI solutions, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including clinical workflows, patient care needs, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps from conception to launch.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• A passion for leveraging AI to drive improvements in healthcare systems and patient outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B product management within healthcare, particularly in the AI space.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of healthcare and how it impacts product development.
• Strong track record of identifying and achieving product-market fit within healthcare or technology-driven sectors.
• Experience in user research, clinical trials, or working closely with healthcare providers to ensure product relevance and usability.
