Data Analyst – HFT | Dubai (Relocation package available) | up to $80,000 + Bonuses

I'm working with a high-growth Crypto HFT firm that is looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing data function.

If you’re someone who loves diving into blockchain or financial datasets and turning raw data into clear, actionable insights—this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing:

🔍 Helping product and business teams make smarter decisions by delivering actionable analytics

📊 Building dashboards, defining key metrics, and maintaining a robust analytics stack

🧩 Working with product managers, data engineers, and leadership to solve open-ended analytical problems

🌍 Supporting internal operations and contributing to a company-wide data-first culture

What they’re looking for:

✅ 3+ years in data analytics, ideally in a startup, trading or tech environment

✅ Solid experience with Python, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Tableau)

✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate across in-house and remote teams

✅ Bonus points if you’ve worked with blockchain/web3 data or in a fast-paced fintech setting
