As a key member of the Aftermarket Tooling Business Development team, this position will support the creation of data driven analytic processes and enabling proactive go to market strategies focused on beverage packaging opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses, both data analytic and financial modelling skills, combined with business acumen and understanding of the products, markets and customer dynamics specific to the Beverage Packaging value chain.

This position will leverage that expertise to help create plans and define targets for revenue growth for the Aftermarket PET segment working in close collaboration with the Aftermarket Business Development and Finance teams. The Business Development Analyst will also be responsible for working cross functionally with other areas of the business including but not limited to PET, Multi-Layer and Closure Systems teams, I&S, DST and NGOM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas Of Accountability

• Establish automated data and dashboard reporting focused on providing visibility of the Beverage Packaging market status and market opportunities.
• Provide necessary product installed base, application, business and financial information to support account strategy mapping and develop products, campaigns and services.
• Support PET Tooling Business Development team with data segmentation, market research and competitive intelligence and product business case validation.
• Suport the Business Advisor team with periodic review of progress towards targets through dashboard updates.
• Conduct market research and analysis utilizing both internal and external information sources (customer needs, sales team needs).
• Support the development of business plans and budgeting/forecasting activities.
• Connect with Sales effectiveness and Virtual Sales Forecast owners to ensure alignment on key areas of visibility and reporting.
• Connect with NGOM-Digitization, Finance and IT to ensure alignment on key areas of visibility and reporting.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Aftermarket Business Development, Finance, PET, Multi-Layer and Closure Systems teams, I&S, DST, NGOM, Customers, Suppliers and Consultants.
• Support the PET Aftermarket Business Development team with activites including but not limited to, tool development/maintenance and process updates ensuring data is effectively captured for reporting needs.

• Strong computer skills including Power BI Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Capability to build reports across multiple data universe.
• Excellent analytical capability, including financial analysis experience and ability to conduct statistical calculations for modeling simulation and data analysis.
• Product development or product management experience, project management, organization and time management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Highly creative, innovative and business minded.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or commercial or equivalent experience
  
  

Experience

• Some years of work experience in marketing, data analytics, project management in an industrial manufacturing environment.
