We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of assigned projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and smooth coordination with vendors and sponsors.

- Support project planning and execution under Project Manager direction.
- Maintain detailed project schedules, adapt timelines as needed, and communicate changes.
- Track contractual obligations and initiate vendor payments.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure clarity on agreements and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with CME documentation when applicable.
- Prepare and maintain complete project documentation and databases.
- Coordinate with sponsors to fulfill project requirements and provide necessary documentation.
- Request and manage exhibit equipment and services.
- Participate in assignment meetings and coordinate project-specific requirements.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of budgeting processes and business operations.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Experience with project databases and documentation management.
