Technical Project Manager – E-commerce Specialist

What you’ll do: 

• Drive complex e-commerce projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and embody Paragaia’s values.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to implement innovative and scalable solutions. 
• Ensure seamless execution of projects, acting quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. 
• Maintain and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring best practices in UX, payment solutions, and data management. 
• Build and develop long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs on a deep level. 
• Drive value through continuous improvement, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer journeys. 
• Balance technical expertise with exceptional project management skills to deliver high-quality, on-time results. 

What we're looking for: 

• Experience: 5+ years in project management within e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital projects. 
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with modern e-commerce platforms, CMS, payment gateways, and integration techniques. 
• Leadership skills: A natural leader who can inspire and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, fast. A passion for building strong client relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Problem solver: Someone who thrives on simplifying complex problems and executing without unnecessary complications.  
• Education: Relevant qualifications in IT, project management, or similar. 
• Languages: Should be fluent in Swedish and English.
